This is way overdue, but here it is. Over the years, I have tried so many different gyms, classes, etc…, but after about 3-4 weeks, I would drop off because I would either lose interest or just get bored of the same thing. When I started training with Phenyo earlier this year, I actually really got into it. Although it may not have seemed like it while training, I thoroughly enjoy my sessions each week, and phenyo is so easy to get on with. He tailors the classes to my needs and makes it a bit more fun. He is very helpful, extremely accommodating, and let’s not forget to encourage and motivate. Just after a few weeks, I started seeing results and noticed I’m getting much stronger and toned. My fitness level is probably the best it has ever been, and it’s all thanks to Phenyo!

Q How can I get your services?

Okay, firstly you have two options with regards to my services. You can choose to hire me for a consultation or you can choose to have personal training sessions with me. On the booking time slot you just have mention on the message tab, which session would you like from me in helping you reach your goals, then from there, I will contact you.

Q What can I achieve with your consultations?

Consultations are wonderful. They can help us understand what are your current health challenges and also how do we strategise your winning formula in finding success in your path to wellness. So basically my consultations include an online examination of a few movements, and also if you would like to request a meal plan to get you started I am more than happy to do so. But the one last thing that you get from me with this consultation is a 2 week training programme to set you off the right note.

Q How is your personal training package different from the consultations?

Remember with the consultations you get a consultation, a meal plan, and a 2 week training programme. My PT sessions are far more interpersonal than my consultations because they help me understand your movements through each type of exercise, and also they allow me to understand exactly your pain points so that I can be able to refine them with a different exercise. all PT sessions are three day training weeks which give you more time to develop the habit of being consistent with your process.

Q Can you give me dietary advice?

Ofcourse! I would love to talk to you about food and how important it is for your lifestyle. But with respect, theres a certain limit to the amount of information that I can provide you with. For example if you are in a case where you have a severe health condition, such as diabetes, multiple sclerosis, or any other health condition that requires extra caution to your food intake, then I would cautiously advice that you seek a dietitian or nutritionists for that kind of specific requirement.

Q I am an athlete, we usually train together in my team but I need to reach specific goals, can you help me?

Definitely! Whilst I do provide the basic skills and aptitude of a personal trainer, what you are looking is a person with a certification in sports specific training. Now I am not well versed in this subject, but with enough of my own research let me assess what is possible and not and then we can take it from there.

Q Your training hours are too early for me, is there a more flexible approach?

Ofcourse! my training specifically for outside and other gym environments where we would need to interact with each other. To best avoid the blazing sun and best thing yet, training in the morning brings a whole host of benefits to your well-being. If you just want a consultation that obviously would be anytime of the day through of communication, but physical training online or elsewhere, then we have to rain within the business hours.

Q How do I transact?

Transaction are done via bank transfer, prior to my response, I will forward my banking details with you and then confirm your appointment pr training package. Please enquire me with regards to your personal training package.
